1. Who we are
RoutrIQ is operated by PrimeMind Labs, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). We provide AI-powered dispatch intelligence software to field service businesses via routriq.com. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

2. Data we collect
Account data: Name, email address, company name, and billing information when you create an account or subscribe.
Dispatch data: Job records, technician profiles, assignment decisions, and audit logs imported from or synced to your FSM (ServiceTitan, Jobber, or Housecall Pro). This data is owned by you and processed on your behalf.
Usage data: API request logs, feature usage events, and performance telemetry used to improve the service and diagnose issues.
Device data: Browser type, IP address, and session identifiers for security and fraud prevention.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: (a) provide and improve the RoutrIQ service; (b) process payments via Stripe; (c) send transactional emails (receipts, SLA alerts, dispatch notifications); (d) train and improve our dispatch scoring models using aggregated, anonymized outcomes; and (e) comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your dispatch data to train models shared with other customers without explicit opt-in.
4. Data sharing
We share data only with: (a) Supabase (database hosting, US-east-1); (b) Stripe (payment processing); (c) Upstash (Redis caching for token management); (d) Sentry (error monitoring, PII scrubbed); (e) your connected FSM providers at your direction.
All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data retention
Dispatch data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days (Starter), 2 years (Pro), or per custom BAA (Enterprise). You may request a full data export or deletion at any time by emailing privacy@routriq.com.
6. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We maintain SOC 2 Type II controls, role-based access control, and audit logging on all administrative actions. For details, see our Security page.
7. GDPR & CCPA
If you are in the EEA or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@routriq.com. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use essential session cookies only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser; some features of the dashboard may not work without session cookies.
9. Changes
We will notify you by email and in-app notice at least 30 days before material changes to this policy. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
